The doctor I visited was a gym enthusiastic. Thus, one of the questions he asked me was......

Doc :- Chris, did u exercise?
Me:- Yes, I did. I played badminton twice a week, as well as ran on the treadmill at least once a week.
Doc :- no good....
Me :- huh ?
Doc :- Chris, you should do more workout and cut down on badminton. The jumping and running not good for you, especially when you reached 40. Working out helps to build up your muscles and makes you looks younger too!
Me:- ...but I love badminton...it's my passsion...
Doc:- Most of the badminton players have pot belly... Go workout, every alternate days.
Me:- Ok, maybe I workout on Monday and Thurs and played badminton on Tues and Wed.
Doc:- No, better workout on alternate days....makes you look younger too.. played once a week enough.
Me:- errr...ok.

Well, tough talking to a gym craze doc. :p *ouch*.... got an antibiotic jab at the buttock  from that fella.... :P

I was driving back from Kluang to JB on a dark evening at around 7pm+. It was slightly rainy and I decided to pull away from the traffic at one of the rest stops for a bio break. I could feel the breezy wind and light scatter rain while walking to the gents.

After I am done with my job, I slowly walked back to my car. While walking, I was curious with what I saw, a big white cloth standing alone by one of the pondoks (huts) around. I kept looking at the 'thing' and the white figure doesn't seems to move. It just stayed there .... motionless. It was quiet on a Saturday evening at the stop and I thought let's not bother about it, whether it's really those things or not.

I drove back and reached home safely. While taking my shower, I noticed a big bruise on my arm. I was wondering how this blue-black came along as I don't feel anything before and no pain too. I don't think it was caused by resting my arm on the side of whatever in my car. Then, chills sent down to my spines! I heard of what my parents or elders said about those things which pinch you until blue-black when you are alseep. Could it be that white thing which pinched me ??

hahaha..... relaxs folks! This is a case of I scared my ownself! I later realised the bruise was caused by my badminton racket where I accidentally hit my arm while smashing few days ago, though I didn't realise I was blue-black already. LOL ... And  the white thingy, well, later it did move, where it kneel down and up. It's actually someone performing prayers at one of those designated huts at the stop. :P

Have a good week, folks!

These are true stories...

Encounter #1 -
I was queing to pick up some dishes at an economical rice stall, ran by a chinese national family. They have a 4 year old kid who loves to run around and also, helps collecting empty cans drinks from the tables. Well, as I moved my arms to get the fork and spoon, I accidentally but not forcefully hit that kid, who was behind me. And, you know what.... he whacked his entire arm at my abdomen!! I was laughing when I see a small , young kid attacking me. And, later when I offered my empty can of drink to him for collection, he make up a gun sign to point at me. All my colleagues were laughing too!

Encounter # 2 -
I was shopping with my kid at the toy department. My kid was sitting comfortably on the shopping trolley cart and since it's the toy department, he wanted to get down from the trolley to check out the toys. Thus, I carried him down and without my knowledge, one 8 to 9 year old malay kid dashed by and my kid's slipper hits his head while I was lowering him down. He scolded me in malay and then ran away.I can't make up what he said..LOL

Encounter # 3-
I was at a clinic. There were three chairs with two chairs at the left and right having toys on top of it. I guess the toys belongs to the clinic and some kids were playing with it . I sat on the empty chair in between the two chairs with toys. Suddenly, a 5 year old kid came out and start scolding at me. I have to shift to another chair behind... *sigh*..

Kids nowadays...are really 'garang'.....
