Alone and spending ....

I spent my last weekend in Singapore alone as my passport was submitted for VISA application and it doesn't seems a good idea ! Oh... don't get me wrong, I don't flirt around but I shopped like crazy and spent so much money! I got myself a GPS running cum smart watch in Garmin Vivoactive which cost me $S349 and clothes from Uniqlo as well as buying my nephew and niece a movie and a Japanese dinner treat. When I calculated on how much I spent, there's really a lot, at least to my standard. And, I will be in Singapore again this weekend for the Standard Chartered half-marathon...hahaha... It's really difficult to control my spending when alone, unlike the working weekdays where I don't have so much time to shop.

Oh.. I had a Miso tonkotsu ramen again after going for Spectre with my nephew and niece The movie is almost ending and it's great that the cinema was not crowded as well as it's a small hall.

Have a good week! ;)

    1. Well, the problem when you are alone , it's easier to get tempted by all sorts of stuffs in the mall. And , when we are alone , there's no point staying at home facing the walls, you have to go out. And knowing me, I'm a active guy, the more I needed to move around !! Haha

  2. so you have got yourself a new gadget!! wow wow wow!! GPS running cum smart watch in Garmin Vivoactive which costs you a whopping $S349!!! so that's a RM1000+ watch, orang kaya lah you.. my so-called "smart watch" that i bought from Baobao costs just 20% of yours.. anyway, as long as you are happy and you think it's worth, no fret~~ :)

    1. I always wanted to get it rather than using my phone to track my run, which can easily deplete the batt. Ok la, this is considered an entry level watch compared to those hardcore ones like Mak glam using- the v800 polar watch.

  4. Now Chris becomes another shopping aunty!
You earn so much there, so it is nothing and won;t hurt your pockets.
    Just get used to it.

  8. For me I have to be in the right mood to spend. When the mood comes, alamak, I can spend quite a bit. But most of the time, I am very kiamsiap.

  11. I think it is okay to pamper yourself. You earn you spend. Fine with me as long as you spend wisely and within your constraint.

  13. Indeed money is just paper if not spent, you need to spend some as your earn, to balance yourself, if don't spend, earn for what, but of course must spend within your limits and not overspend
