no more numbness ... :)

I complaint about of one of my legs feeling numb after running for 30 mins or more few weeks ago in my earlier post. Well, I finally found out the problem and that was because I wore the shoes too tight! I experimented with loosening my shoelaces (but make sure it won't came out and untied) and voila, I don't have anymore numbness even after 35 mins of run outdoors. That's consider good news to me in my training for my first ever marathon in 20 years. However, the hazy skies lately in down south did hamper my training a bit and I was having throat infections after running. I guess I gotta trained in the air-cond and praying for regular rains.

Meanwhile, I like this Hailam restaurant so much in Taman Molek, JB that I almost went there weekly. I especially love their coffee, very thick and fragrance!

A mee mamak for my wifey

I shared a nasi lemak with my little princess.... I have to took the portion of the rice without the sambal since she cannot take spicy food yet. The fried chicken was really good!

And, a kaya toast to go with my coffee.
I didn't really snap a picture of the coffee but it did appear in my other blog post. Have a good weekend, folks and don't forgot to exercise! :)

  16. Numbness is due to poor blood circulation and the tight shoes is the cause.
