I just signed up for another 10KM run today but it's schedule will be in April. As a beginner to running, I thought I do more 10KM runs first before I go on to train and run for half-marathons. Anyway, I thought April is too far away and it will be great if I can participate in a run next month. However, the runs next month are mostly on Valentines' Day where unless if I can get a gorgeous babe to run with me (and face the music when reaches home....!), I will likely skip this. Well, let me search for some good races. Anyway, too bad, there were no runs scheduled in JB or I can't find any ...sigh...
On the other hand, I am back running with my first training on last Sunday for 5KM. It was tough, probably due to the inactivity for the past 2 weeks. I ran again last evening and it was better where I managed to complete 7.6KM. Let's see if I can improve my weekly mileage for the rest of the week.
By the way, I love having American or Western breakfast to start the day and I had one last Saturday in Let's Eat Restaurant, Taman Molek, JB. At RM13.90, the set which came with a coffee, was great and the sausages and ham were nicely marinated and grilled. Love the sunny side up too!
