First o...For me, job hopping is not really ideal... First of all, it will give you bad credentials... companies might think that you are the type of guy who cannot stay in a company for good. They might think you are not loyal to them at all
but then...what matters most here is that you should love your job, you love what you do because that's the only time you can appreciate your work ^_^bluedreamer27https://www.blogger.com/profile/03668789485231473125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5232759223373390396.post-13024129797994036982015-06-16T09:10:20.025+08:002015-06-16T09:10:20.025+08:00I find most important to me is happy in the job, i...I find most important to me is happy in the job, if given a job with high salary, but not happy with the job, tandconflict with colleague, etc, then it will be miserable...Somewhere in Singaporehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01777236252592906972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5232759223373390396.post-81453920064467978872015-06-16T08:38:13.518+08:002015-06-16T08:38:13.518+08:00When I was younger, I had this mentality.. Hmm. I...I also hungry now looking at your bento!!!

Hmm. I always hear people saying about hopping every 2-3 years. Again for me if the new job fits all my criteria and what I am looking for, I do not mind switching. But not hopping here and there as it may not look so good in your resume and during interview as future employers are looking for someone permanent. I have been in my 1st company for almost 9 years before I quit and move to a different sector but that only last for 6 months before I were into semi-retirement (having 3rd baby). Came out and work for another 3 years before become full time Sahm. :)Rose worldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02104898697123799249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5232759223373390396.post-11339460530013364132015-06-16T06:05:43.575+08:002015-06-16T06:05:43.575+08:00Changing jobs = loss of seniority and all the priv...Changing jobs = loss of seniority and all the privileges that come with it. Younger ones who joined earlier would be your seniors and you would resent the fact that they are of a higher authority than you. Whatever it is, the most important thing is to be happy, contented and you enjoy what you do.
